Bloom in Colour (BIC) supports Bloom members within the industry who identify as Women of Colour from marginalised ethnic communities. Launched by Dinah Williams and Elizabeth Anyaegbuna, BIC champions and elevates Women of Colour, driving equity and reinforcing the need for diversity from within Bloom and beyond. It is a safe space for Bloom women to discuss the challenges they face when it comes to diversity, and provide support. We believe it to be a collective effort and so BIC welcomes all Bloom member allies.

It's Black History Month 2022! Last year it was a celebration with Bloom in Colour's Black Joy campaign. This year it is Black in Action - a collection of statements from some awesome people on what Black in Action means to them - a passion or purpose that inspired them to act or those seeking action in a drive for change.
We celebrated South Asian Heritage Month 2022 with a Journeys of Empire panel event, organised in collaboration with Pubmatic and 7stars.
For Black History Month 2021 the Bloom in Colour team celebrated BLACK JOY with a selection of wonderful contributors, curated in collaboration with dawn network.
